Terms And Conditions
Booking Procedure To get started on GLAM, just call the Kew studio and speak to one of our friendly staff. GLAM sessions are only available at our Kew studio at this time. Your first two training sessions will be done one on one to introduce you to the pole dancing essentials and to help us assess your current level of ability. In order to get the best results from GLAM we recommend you attend sessions 3 times a week (sessions are one hour in duration). Of course, if you can't fit this into your lifestyle we are more than happy to arrange something to suit your needs.
GLAM sessions can be held anytime that we don't have group classes running. Currently available timeslots are Mon-Thurs 10am-6.30pm, all day & evening Fridays, some Saturdays and Sunday morning. In order to use the GLAM program, participants must purchase sessions packs in advance of each visit. Session packs are available in 3 sessions, 6 sessions or 12 sessions.
What to wear
We recommend:
Shorts as its essential to grip the pole
with your thighs at times
Runners for the warm up
Your fave pair of heels for the rest of
the class, or you can also wear flat shoes if you prefer as long as they
are not rubber soled (too much grip).
Advice
You may want to bring a water bottle and
small towel. We provide yoga mats for floor work. We have fully equipped
change rooms so you can bring your things with you and change here. We
also have lockers for your belongings available without charge.
Injuries and Pregnancies
If you have any current injuries that
interfere with normal exercise or you may be pregnant, we require a
certificate from your doctor or physiotherapist confirming you are able
to participate in any of our classes.
Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour cancellation policy applies in
order to transfer your sessions. With less than 24 hours notice, you
will forfeit the booked session. Participants can only book for sessions
that have been pre-paid for. All session packs have a six month expiry
date with no exceptions.
