In 2010 Pole Princess decided to be the first pole dance studio in Australia to really put our classes to the test and prove that pole dancing really is great for fitness. We put the call out for every day women to sign up to our challenge and give us 3 hours a week for a duration of 8-weeks to change their lives! And boy did we....
Below you can see the before and after shots of the top 3 contestants - there was no one is our program who lost less than 5 kilos over the 8-weeks.
